What the role is:The Municipal Services Office (MSO) was set up in October 2014 to improve Singapore\'s living environment. We do this by pushing for systemic solutions and championing service excellence among our partner agencies in the municipal sector, as well as inculcating the right culture and capability, and engaging the community. A picture speaks a thousand words! The Resolution 360 (R360) initiative allows government agencies and Town Councils (TCs) to attach a photo when replying to residents\' feedback submitted via the OneService App. Your task is to assess the effectiveness of the R360 initiative through audits of feedback cases and analysis across agencies\' performance. You will have the opportunity to develop your data analysis skills.What you will be working on:From this internship, you will (1) better appreciate the trade-offs and challenges in implementing government policies and programmes and (2) learn to develop Whole-of-Government (WOG) strategies with MSO\'s partner agencies to address key municipal and service quality issues.What we are looking for:1. Data analytics background preferred. 2. Skilled in Microsoft Excel, PowerBI and/or other data analytics software. 3. Candidates should be Singapores/ PR. 4.
