- Responsible in mass retail recruitment exercise
- Provide recommendation and ideas to enhance employer branding
- Involve in employee engagement in retail and corporate environment
- Actively involved in Covid 19 taskforce (retail and corporate)
- Recommending and implementing new HR procedures
- Supporting any other HR functions
- Work well in a fast paced environment
- Ability to stick with tight deadlines
