Job Description

The student, as part of OSAT LOG team and under the guidance of Senior staff specialist as mentor, will undertake projects required coding skills, shipping and warehouse operation support such as inbound & outbound processes, forwarder shipment monitoring and etc.

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

Creating and optimizing shipping / forwarder report transparency/application

Creating and providing support for Team Dashboard in tableau for data visualization

Conduct on road testing, implementation & integration of new applications

Support and learn any other tasks assigned to the team

Internship Learning Outcomes

:

Conduct on road testing, implementation & integration of new program

Provide training, assistance and guidance to users in use of new program Create design specification and user manuals

Broaden your knowledge within logistics industry experts

Experience real-world work experience in a global MNC

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

Masters / Bachelors in Computer Science, Information Technology and Data Science is preferred

Proficiency in coding skills including Python, MySQL, PHP, Javascript, Ajax, Bootstrap and other relevant programming languages is required Proficiency in Tableau software: A strong understanding of Tableau's tools and functions is essential, including data visualization, data blending, calculations, and dashboard creation Good documentation skill, dashboard experience will be advantageous

Preferred Internship Period

: Jan/ Feb onwards with 6 months commitment / Mar - Aug 26
