As a social enterprise with a promise to nourish generations and make life better for all, we are committed to the success of our tenants (hawkers, food entrepreneurs etc.) and are constantly looking at ways to retain, grow and nurture them.Reporting to the Business Planning Manager/Lead, the Business Planning Executive will be part of the planning and development team to drive the business outcomes of FBM.Key Responsibilities
- Support the setup of new kiosks/stalls
- Coordinate group orders (receiving orders, fulfilling orders, billing)
- Submit monthly staff incentives
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas and record meeting minutes
- Coordinate food tasting, product launches, promotions
- Handle department billing and inventory control
- Maintain masterlists (cost centers, headcount, pricing, sloc, etc)
- Execute day-to-day administrative functions and clerical duties
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self driven, able to multitask, organized and meticulous
- Sensitive to market trends
- Well versed in GSuite applications and SAP
- Prior experience in the F&B / retail / service industry preferred
