1) Encourage Seniors with various health conditions eg Parkinson's, osteoarthritis, frailty, join our fitness programs to improve their muscle strength.
2) Support the service manager in assessing the progress clients made in the past one year and analysing outcomes achieved. The results will be used for program review and improvement, and in training and development for exercise trainers.
