We are looking for interns that can fulfil their internship within the time period

Responsibilites:



Copywriting/vetting of Trade materials - monthly newsletter, invites, EDMs, brochures, etc.

Coordinating with internal teams/depts on creation of trade comms and client outreach programmes - events, festive gifting, etc.

Event management - logistics, monitoring RSVPs, post campaign reports, etc.

Maintaining and updating of Trade Website

Competitive research and analysis

Compiling relevant case studies for external showcase

Preparing reports for digital campaigns

Working with line manager on budgeting/expenses

Updating of client database

Building exposure through media planning/booking, as well as TV, Video & Radio commercial production from creative briefing, scripting, filming to recording

General admin

Qualifications

Requirements:



Business writing skills with a flair for creativity

Good grasp of Microsoft office software

Digitally/social media savvy

Able to work independently and in a team

Excellent communication and people skills

Strong organizational and time management abilities

Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator is a plus

Successful applicants must commit to at least 3-month internship during the period from September 2025 to April 2026
