What the role is:As the community leadership development arm of the People\'s Association (PA), National Community Leadership Institute (NACLI) aims to equip our learners with the relevant skillsets and growth mindset so that they can contribute actively and effectively to the community building and citizen engagement efforts in Singapore. We are currently seeking interns to participate in the PA Structured Internship Programme with NACLI. The internship is a great opportunity for you to appreciate PA\'s mission of building and bridging communities. At the same time, you will gain industry exposure and practical skills through working on meaningful youth-related programmes which are aimed at supporting NACLI\'s capability building efforts.What you will be working on:The intern will be supporting the Youth Fellowship (YF) team in the development of a 10-week Youth Leaders Collective (YLC) programme, that comprises 4 key phases. The intern will assist the team in the following: \xe2\x80\xa2 To design and implement a marketing campaign to generate awareness and publicity for the overall YLC programme. \xe2\x80\xa2 To design and develop digital communications e.g. digital badges etc to support the marketing campaign. \xe2\x80\xa2 To design and develop marketing collaterals e.g. poster, EDM, T-shirts etc. to promote YLC in youths. \xe2\x80\xa2 To liaise and work closely with vendors, internal and external partners, as guided by the supervisor, to achieve intended outcomes. \xe2\x80\xa2 To work closely with the team to brainstorm, develop ideas, participate in playtest and focus group discussions to support the development of the YLC programme.What we are looking for:

• Kindly note that the minimal commitment period is 12 weeks/3 months \xe2\x80\xa2 Background in Visual Design, Marketing, Visual Communications, or a related field. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong visual design and digital content creation skills, with a keen eye for detail. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders. \xe2\x80\xa2 Project coordination experience and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. \xe2\x80\xa2 Students in relevant disciplines: Visual Design, Marketing, Visual Communications, Interaction Design & Media.
