As an intern, you'll gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of a fashion e-commerce business--from customer service to marketing. Key Responsibilities:

• ? ??Participate in photoshoots and content creation
• ? ??Assist in drafting and posting social media content
• ? ??Help with basic copywriting for marketing materials
• ? ?Monitor and respond to customer feedback on e-commerce platforms
• ? ?Manage customer communications via email
• ? ?Assist with order exchanges, refunds, and resolution of service issues
• ? ?Support the packing and fulfillment of daily orders
• ? ?Ensure smooth day-to-day backend operations.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM / 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Transport provided for end times after 11:00 PM
