As an internship/trainee you will initially work with the company's employees to align the internal processes and systems while at the same time you build up your know-how of the current areas we are specialised in. With motivation and time, once you're trained and ready. You will start helping our clients implement their plans together with our teams already supporting the client

Responsabilities/Tasks

  • Create As-Is Analysis of the ON-POINT internal Sharepoints – CH, UK, SG – what information do we have there, what is (a) outdated and needs to be deleted, (b) what needs to be updated – heavily or just a bid… (c) what needs to redesigned or newly designed? (Make a matrix with an assessment, which can then presented and confirmed by management)
  • Clean-Up Sharepoint – after confirmation of management - Delete what was confirmed to be deleted, make easy updated based on instructions of management
  • Collect information for bigger updated of sharepoint and make suggestions for redesign
  • Create “Archive” for all information which is older but can not be deleted (e.g. finance information, HR information)
  • Create concept for knowledge management at ON-POINT – how can knowledge be “kept”, “exchanged” and “expanded” at ON-POINT
  • Present concept to management, do updates based on feedback and after approval present to employees
  • Create implementation plan for concept and implement it as far as possible
  • Create internal communication concept. (How can we improve our internal communication? Make as-is analysis, identify areas of improvement and make suggestions, present to management, incorporate feedback and support the implementation of improvements)
  • Support the design and improvement of internal support processes – finance, HR, Communication and Marketing
  • Support the area of communication and marketing with postings on social media and maintenance of the ON-POINT page on Linkedin
  • Support the HR area, especially the recruitment of junior or senior consultants in Singapore but also globally
  • Conduct internet research on request and make summary of the research and present to management (e.g. regarding technology trends)
  • Support the organization of ON-POINT webinars
  • Support the partnership and cooperation with other companies
  • Support the organization of meetings
