'O' Levels or Diploma or higher qualification is required.

Skilled at explaining cultural concepts to avoid miscommunication when required.
B2 CEFR English level with bilingual fluency in the required language(s).
Key Responsibilities:
Interpret conversations consecutively and accurately between English and Mandarin/Cantonese.
Handle telephone or video calls on demand, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
Use appropriate industry terminology and understand relevant procedures.
Process information quickly, recognizing cultural nuances and maintaining neutrality.
Support diverse subject areas including Healthcare, Government, Insurance,
Finance, Utilities, Travel, Hospitality, Emergency Services, Law Enforcement, Courts and General Business.
