Job description

• Ensure proper coordination between warehouse staff, sales staff, shipping agents, oversees counterparts & vendors
• Manage inventory planning
• Inspect and ensure incoming / outgoing physical stock against shipping documents accuracy
• Maintain and update the inventory report
• Monitors, track and maintain system and warehouse stock level, coordinate with procurement on fast moving items and replenishment
• Monitor the short shelf life and aging stocks (slow moving), rectify stock issue
• Investigate discrepancies/issues and perform stock count
• Inventory reconciliation between in-house system and the physical
• Perform stock allocation and prepare stock adjustment and stock write-off /disposal form
• Conduct physical cycle count and stock take -monthly/yearly
• Monitoring and booking transfer stock from 3PL warehouse, maintaining suitable inventory levels
• Prepare the product label
• Summarize and filling the Goods return notes, stock count record, 3PL warehouse stock pallets transfer record.
• Other duties as assigned
