- Manage inventory levels and execute demand and supply planning for FMCG products.
- Generate monthly reports for monthly inventory tracking, review, customer fill rate, supplier fulfillment rate, and forecast accuracy.
- Collaborate with the management team to oversee purchasing strategy, forecasting, and cost estimation activities.
- Analyse data and provide accurate forecasts, along with strategies to improve the forecasting process and minimize variance.
- Participate in the development and support of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for demand forecasting and supply planning using an ERP system.
- Manage logistics and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Implement and monitor operational systems and processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, increase productivity, and enhance the customer experience.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as required.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience in inventory management or supply chain.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Prior experience at managerial level is a plus.
