About the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Controller to join our team at ResMed. This role will play a crucial part in managing inventory accuracy, ensuring efficient operations across our warehouses in Singapore, and supporting our supply chain objectives. If you are passionate about inventory management and thrive in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you!Key ResponsibilitiesOversee inventory levels to ensure accuracy across all Singapore warehouses.Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in partnership with 3PL warehouse personnel.Collaborate with the supply chain planning team to manage stock requests for raw materials and finished goods.Generate inventory replenishment reports based on the production plan to guarantee timely materials delivery.Work with the global inventory controller team to develop, update, and implement inventory control procedures aligned with company goals.Perform system inventory adjustments (e.g., stock requisitions and adjustments) to maintain accuracy and standardization.Conduct regular stock checks, identify discrepancies, and escalate issues to the Warehouse Management Team when necessary.Manage requests for new sub-inventory/locators in compliance with company policies.Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.Provide hands-on supervision for semi-skilled employees such as operators or clerical staff as part of day-to-day activities.Qualifications and ExperienceRequired:A Degree in Warehouse/Logistics Management or related qualifications in a relevant field.Preferred:At least 2 years of experience in inventory management, warehousing, or a related field.Strong knowledge of inventory management practices such as ABC analysis and cycle counting.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and basic macro programming.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Proven ability to influence and negotiate effectively with various stakeholders.Why Join Us?
