Responsibilities Responsible for performing the inventory control processes in inventory branch(s) being assigned to and ensure processes compliance to global corporate policies. Support inventory control function to execute cycle count program and other related duties to ensure inventory accuracy.

• Activate & conduct daily cycle count and update data into system
• Analyze & reconcile stock variances with root causes analysis and to drive necessary corrective actions
• Review and work with respective department to develop new procedure or improve existing process flow to ensure stock accuracy
• Generate and publish inventory accuracy metrics and root cause analysis reports
• Attend to complaints from internal & external customers related to inventory discrepancies
• Participate in ISO, EHS and QSR activities and ensure compliance to all procedures in the aspects of safe environmental, safe materials handling, storage, precautions, and proper attire.
• Involve in 5S and JDI activities.
• Participate in PPI Kaizen improvement projects.
• Ensure that systems and procedures within the department are in compliance with ISO9001, ISO13485, QSR 21CFR, ISO14001, OHSAS 18001 and WHO Good Distribution Practice.

• ITE Certificate / GCE O’levels or equivalent

• At least one year of warehouse or manufacturing experience

• Good knowledge in warehouse and distribution activities
• Good knowledge of spreadsheet applications
• Knowledge of E1 and/or SAP system
• Knowledge in inventory control would be advantageous
