Inventory Planner
Job Description
Job Duties:You will be responsible to monitor inventory balance of engineering spare parts, review order point & plan for purchase.You will raise purchase requisition and analyze inventory stock out & follow up with relevant parties. You will also manage enquires regarding inventory status & purchase via email and/ or calls.You will be the liaison with procurement to order for inventory and also with the warehouse for the delivery and storage of inventory.You will plan and coordinate for disposal of obsolete inventory and create new inventory records & housekeep existing data within the system.You will also prepare data & reports for inventory analysis.Requirements:Requirements and skills:
- NITEC in any discipline
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications like Excel and Word
- Preferably with previous experience as an inventory planner or in a similar role
- Preferably with experience in Maximo and/or Oracle Fusion
