Roles & Responsibilities
s
Handling in-bound groups for the company- Organize daily PO for receiving of in-bound deliveries
- Tracking & coordinating with suppliers timing for timely deliveries
- Perform good receipts from suppliers (Food & Non-food) and internal transfers
- Ensuring quantity & quality checks on goods being delivered
- Labeling of stocks for traceability
- Update NAV system on goods receipts
- Resolve discrepancies and update physical & system inventory to ensure accuracy of stocks in NAV
- Communicate with relevant departments for issues related to stocks received, for example rejection of stocks and claims procedures
- Reporting of discrepancy to relevant departments on in-bound quantity & quality
- Handle goods returned from customer’s deliveries
- Work with team members for order fulfillment handling in-bound of inventory from store
- Create and implement new process and policies to improve warehouse operations
- Ensure basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements
- Knowledge or experience in Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Microsoft Office
- Prior experience in store or warehouse environment
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
6 days work week, Mon - Sat.
