Job Title:

Inventory Assistant Admin (Full-Time)

Location:

Xiaomi Exclusive Service Center - 229,Lavender Street

Working Days:

5 days work week (Off on Sunday & Monday)

Working Hours:

10:00am - 7:00pm (1-hour meal break)

Job Responsibilities:



Handle daily inbound and outbound of Xiaomi devices and spare parts Perform accurate stock receiving, checking, labelling, and storage Maintain inventory system updates and perform regular stock counts Support technicians by preparing parts as required Ensure proper stock arrangement and cleanliness of storage area Transfer stock between branches or support delivery coordination Assist front desk team when required

Requirements:



Minimum O-Level / NITEC or equivalent Prior experience in warehouse / storekeeping / inventory preferred Able to carry boxes (devices/parts), physically fit Responsible, organized, and good at time management Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Excel / Inventory Systems) Able to work independently and in a fast-paced service environment Knowledge or interest in Xiaomi products will be a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: $2,400.00 - $2,800.00 per month

Experience:

Inventory control: 2 years (Required) Inventory management: 2 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:

Singaporean (Required)
Work Location: In person
