Job Summary:

• Basic $2500 - $3000
• Mon - Fri ,Sat half day
• Rotating shift

• Morning : 7am - 4pm , Sat 7am - 11am
• Afternoon : 1pm - 10pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Report to the Inventory Manager
• Assist in reviewing, improving and implementing inventory control and movement policies and processes
• Ensure appropriate inventory planning cycle
• Assist in incoming inventories & containers and warehouse allocation, avoid demurrage charges and minimize external storage
• Ensure accuracy of physical inventories, stocks in external warehouse & system\'s record
• Regular highlight of problem, such as slow-moving stocks and near expiry stocks
• Provide timely information on stocks availability, expiry date etc
• Track rates of accuracy, purchase and return as well as defective goods for QA team inspection

Job Requirement:

• At least 2 years related experience preferable in a coldstore environment
• Proficient with MS office Applications
• Prior exposure to Navision (ERP) system is preferred
• Good team player who is self-initiated
• Strong interpersonal, communication & customer-oriented skills
• Capable of multi-tasking, handling projects in conjunction with daily activities
