What the role is:
As an Investigation Officer (IO)/ Senior IO in the Human Resource Solutions and Capabilities Division, you will provide support and advice to the Ministry and school leaders on disciplinary matters.
What you will be working on:

• Support the administration of the disciplinary framework and implementation of disciplinary policies in the Ministry o Conduct investigations on disciplinary cases and prepare investigation reports o Liaise with different stakeholders and relevant government agencies to facilitate the management of disciplinary cases and investigations o Support the conduct and process of Committees of Inquiry on disciplinary cases

What we are looking for:

• At least 3 years of investigation experience in local law enforcement agencies o Strong analytical, communication, writing and interpersonal skills o Meticulous with an eye for detail o Ability to work well independently and in teams o Mature and able to exercise good judgement in handling confidential and sensitive information In general, applicants can expect to hear from us within 4 weeks from the close of the application window.
