ob duties



Review portfolio management workflows and identify opportunities for streamlining. Implement best practices in asset allocation, diversification, and risk management. Recommend and implement process improvements for trade execution and rebalancing. Enhance consistency in reporting, compliance, and client communication. Leverage technology and tools to simplify portfolio monitoring and analysis. Develop standardized research and documentation practices across the team. Provide training, coaching, and support to portfolio managers on new processes. Track and analyze portfolio performance against benchmarks, offering actionable insights. Ensure client strategies remain aligned with investment objectives and firm standards. Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve client experience and outcomes.

Requirements



1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.


2. Minimum 4-5 years of experience in investment advisory, portfolio management, or wealth management.


3. Experience within banks and preferably also in multi/single-family offices.


4. Strong knowledge and interest in equities, bonds, and investment products.


5. Problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.


6. Strong ability to coach, mentor, and collaborate with portfolio managers.


7. Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is essential for effective communication with clients and colleagues in China, Taiwan, and Hong Kong.
