Main Responsibilities: Conduct due diligence (DD) on industry, market, financial, and business model aspects, and write DD reports; Support financing advisors in assessing the risks and returns of investment opportunities and establishing data-driven investment insights; Compile portfolio monitoring data and regularly update investor relations materials; Collaborate with legal, compliance, and accounting teams to ensure the completeness and compliance of due diligence.

Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above in finance, economics, accounting, statistics, engineering, or related fields; 2-5 years of relevant work experience, with basic financial analysis and due diligence experience; Ability to independently conduct financial modeling, industry research, and data analysis; Proficient in using Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools; Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, time management skills, and teamwork spirit.
