Investment Analyst (market Neutal Fund)

Job Description
The Spartan Group is seeking to hire an investment analyst for our market neutral fund. Prior experience can be working at a delta neutral of liquid fund but is not mandatory. However, a deep understanding of mechanisms of DeFi protocols is essential. Knowledge of different derivatives and earn products on centralized exchanges is preferred. You will play an integral part in growing and managing our stablecoin and Bitcoin holdings.
Role
You will need to be flexible and adaptable. Some examples of your role include:
Finding stablecoin farming opportunities in DeFi, assessing risks and evaluating whether the returns from a pool reward undertaken risk
Scout for opportunities on exchanges and derivatives desks
Requirements
Working knowledge of DeFi protocols, CEX product mechanics
Experience interacting with different blockchains and DeFi protocols
Ability to hustle for opportunities available through brokers
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Conditions
Hong Kong or Singapore preferred; remote possible
