Job Description
We are seeking an Investment and Operation Associate focused on project marketing for our investments across the globe in various real estate funds and projects. You will be tasked with preparing with marketing materials of the investment opportunities and involve in real estate transaction from DD process to market research.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Market research on investments,
- Assist to manage investment pipelines,
- Prepare investment proposal, pitch deck for potential LPs
- Present investment proposal to investment committee (IC) and the Board
- Assist to perform investment analysis and portfolio management, e.g. scenarios analysis,
- Involve in transactions DD, pre-investment analysis etc
Qualifications / Preferred Skills 1.Basic understanding of financial model
