Program overview:

We are recruiting an Investment Analyst to join our Investment Team in Singapore. This is a two-year fixed term contract with the potential of becoming a permanent position at the end of the programme.





As an Investment Analyst, you will be immersed in our philosophy of quality and sustainable investment. You will be supported by a dedicated team and encouraged to take ownership of your development through curiosity, critical thinking and collaboration. You will have the opportunity to:

Participate in investment conversations and team debates Lead conversations with various stakeholders Assess the quality of a company's people, franchise and financials Travel to relevant markets Produce timely and insightful research that contributes to research process Generate thematic research with a focus on sustainable development Engage companies on sustainability issues

Strong sense of responsibility, integrity and a willingness to go the extra mile Ability to demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, as well as strong interpersonal skills Curious mindset and enthusiasm for continuous learning An analytical mind comfortable operating without a "correct answer" Ability to express well-reasoned views in a logical fashion Experience in extracting and interpreting data from a variety of sources Degree qualified or in the final year of study having achieved strong academic results.
