The Company
An established Single Family Office adopting a value investing philosophy is looking for an experiened
Investment Analyst
to join its investment team.Key Responsibilities
Conduct market research and diligence on prospective investments through financial analysis to identify investment opportunities and risks. Design and develop financial models and analysis to evaluate both new and existing investments. Develop quantitative and qualitative evaluation of investment opportunities. Analyse and prepare portfolio performance updates and reports. Portfolio cash flow planning and modeling. Compile investment policies and summar reports. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Candidates for position should hold at least a Degree in Accountancy, Finance or an equivalent certification. Strong fundamental analysis capabilities with at least 1-2 years experience in asset management industry or a relevant role will be advantageous. A self starter and ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent analytical and communication skills. High level of attention to detail and quality. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Powerpoint). Significant knowledge of other technology platforms and solutions and their integration into the investment process is also preferred.
Remuneration
$4,500 - $5,000 per month
