• Natural Capital (c. \xe2\x82\xac680m AUM) which invests in Nature-based Solutions and more generally projects targeted at promoting biodiversity conservation and restoration, improvement of livelihoods for local communities and generating sustainable commodities, in both terrestrial and ocean landscapes.
• Impact Private Equity (c. 130m AUM) which invests in environmental transition and the scaling up of innovative solutions in Europe.

Singapore is Mirova\'s hub through which it covers markets in Asia Pacific, including Southeast Asia, South Asia, North Asia and Oceania. As we expand into new geographies and segments, we are looking to grow our Private Assets team on the ground to deliver and scale innovative financing solutions. The role will initially focus mainly on nature-based projects, with the possibility to expand its scope towards Energy Transition over time, depending on deal flow and team dynamic.

The Investment Analyst will be a key member of a dynamic team of front office staff based in Singapore and will maintain high professional standards to build trust and mutual respect with the team counterparts. The Investment Analyst will report to an Investment Director based in Singapore.

Main responsibilities

• Deal origination & execution: Developing new leads and conducting initial assessments on prospective transactions and the execution of ongoing transactions until closing. This will involve hands-on participation to the evaluation and structuring debt & equity transactions by supporting the preparation of investment and divestments memorandums, conducting research & data analysis, the analysis and preparation of financial models, legal negotiations & ESG analysis, etc.
• Portfolio management: Supporting the monitoring of investments and add shareholders value by being a close partner of companies, also assisting the team in monitoring operations, finance, and the reporting to stakeholders, etc.

Your daily work will involve high international exposure and you will be traveling on a regular basis to support sourcing new opportunities and due diligence exercises in APAC. You will work as a deal team member together with an Investment Associate/Manager and an Investment Director in Singapore, working closely with cross-border teams based in Europe. You will have exposure to a wide range of asset types, innovative solutions and clients and will be uniquely placed to help carve Mirova strategy in APAC.
