Job Description

We are currently working with a global Hospitality developer and operator with strong expansion growth strategy regionally to bring in a talented Investment and Asset Management Manager who will play an instrumental role in driving Real Estate acquisitions in its private fund. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with onshore asset management teams to supervise the portfolio management function of the private funds
- Oversee portfolio reporting, such as management and investor presentations, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and asset management plans, as well as marketing strategies to optimize revenue and maximize asset value.
- Monitor and report on development progress by working closely with onshore asset managers and development partners.
- Manage and review annual budgets and reports that cover the financial and operational performance at the asset, portfolio, and fund levels.
- Supervise data analysis to support strategic decision-making in the marketing strategies of the assets, and closely monitor and track initiatives to maximize portfolio performance.
- Create a suitable framework for onshore asset management teams to address operational needs and enhance operational efficiency.
- Participate in portfolio capital management plans, including collaborating closely with internal teams on cash repatriation and holding structure.
- Formulate exit strategies to ensure higher returns upon disposition and manage the annual valuation exercise for properties in the portfolio.
- Manage market intelligence and gather global market and industry information to guarantee the competitiveness of the Company\'s products and services.
- Supervise all fund administration-related aspects, including capital calls and passing board resolutions.

Key Requirements:
- Degree in Real Estate/Business/Finance or related discipline, with a Masters\' degree in Business Administration
- Minimum 5 years of asset management experience in Real Estate Asset Management
- Familiar with real estate markets, valuation methodologies, and asset management
- Possess strong business acumen, analytical and financial skills
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Able to work with members across various organizational teams towards aligned objectives
