Job Description

:

Sourcing, evaluation, structuring and execution of investment transactions within technology and alternative lending industries in Southeast Asia

? Strategising and development of investment thesis and capital structure of potential opportunities including the identification of potential investors (HNWI and institutional)

? Preparation of teasers, investment slide decks, data rooms, and financial modeling of private credit and equity opportunities

? Presentation and marketing of investment proposals to senior management, investors, and business partners

? Work with legal, financial, and other consultants on fundraising, deals and startup advisory

? Continuous management of private debt / venture debt / venture capital investments, in terms of

forecasting and monitoring performance and managing stakeholders

? Contribute to the development and management of company's technology, analytics and investment

matching platform

? Participate in business development initiatives within company and portfolio companies

? Assist with marketing, events, and other commercial activities

Skill Sets and Requirements

? 0 - 2 years of working experience and looking to develop a meaningful career in FinTech / investments

? Ambitious, entrepreneurial, and enjoys a startup culture

? Open-minded, curious, and willing to learn

? Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

? Proficient in financial analysis and Microsoft Excel / PowerPoint

? Programming knowledge and skills is a plus
