Responsibilities:

As a key member of the team, you will participate in the entire investment process, from sourcing and due diligence, deal structuring to transaction execution and portfolio management. You will work closely with colleagues across local and overseas offices to evaluate new investment opportunities, ensuring they are aligned with the Firm\'s investment philosophy, purpose and profit ethos. This includes preparation of investment materials, investment memos, building financial models, presenting at investment committee, keeping abreast of market trends and identifying potential investment risks and opportunities. You will work closely with the portfolio companies\' senior management team and ensure alignment in creating value in the Firm\'s investment portfolio.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate has strong academic qualifications and 2-5 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking or private equity. You have strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyse complex financial data, build financial models and conduct detailed research. You have experience investing across sectors in the SEA region, ideally in Indonesia, Philippines and Vietnam. Deal experience investing in Food and Agri, climate strategy, renewable energy and impact funds present a strong advantage. Your strong interpersonal and communication skills will enable you to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external deal parties. You are able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and work under tight deadlines. A highly motivated individual, you display a genuine passion for delivering significant social impact through financial investments.
