• Confirm the execution of time-sensitive tasks and related paperwork.
• Ensure quick resolution of issues by coordinating with the relevant teams.
• Update new accounts and offer continuous service by conducting operations.
• Collaborate with shareholdings, attorneys, bankers, dealers, and internal departments to identify investment options.
• Undertake thorough due diligence on company finance and financial markets.
• Analyze investment opportunities such as detailed pro-forma models as well as client portfolios and suitable investments.
• Design narrative investment memorandums on potential acquisitions.
• Participate in and assist the acquire, disposal, and asset finance closing processes, including liaising with agents, advisors, lenders, and internal departments.
• Maintain client, financial analyst, complicated, and corporate information secrecy.

• Master degree and above in Business Administration, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry or Medicine.
• At least 6 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in either Management Consulting, Strategic Planning or Investment Firm.
• Solid and proven investment track records in the Asia region focusing on health care sectors, in particular pharmaceutical, health care, biotech/vaccine, health care service sectors.
• Familiar with fast moving China markets and has extensive healthcare experience in recognized venture capital firm.
• Bilingual with proficiency in English and Mandarin to liaise with clients.
