Details of the Division and Team: The Fixed Income and Currencies business consists of Interest Rate Derivatives, Foreign Exchange and Cash Bonds trading businesses. Fixed Income and Currencies business is a market leading provider of innovative investment, risk management and financing solutions to Corporates, Governments and Institutional Investors globally. The Cross Markets Solutions (CMS) team is responsible for client activities across Asian markets offering solutions to MNC and local corporates and institution clients for local markets access, cash and synthetic products, asset swaps, Liquid Asset Finance, liability management, and risk management advisory solutions. Your key responsibilities:

• Engagement with coverage to generate suitable new financing and hedging solutions ideas for clients - across corporates and financial institutions
• Ideation of new solutions / structures based on changing regulatory environment across Asia
• Drive marketing and execution of transactions – pitchbooks, pricing, term sheet, documentation, client engagement, as required
• Liaise with various internal control functions (Legal, Compliance, Credit and Business Management) to manage the trade through its life cycle
• Engagement with broader Global Emerging Markets business (ex-Asia) to drive outreach into Asia
• Assist in developing business in new areas like sustainable / green derivative solutions for clients

Your skills and experience: VP:

• 8-10 years of working experience, preferably in a structuring capacity in an international bank with focus on documentation, pricing, and due diligence on financing and derivatives transactions
• Engagement and connectivity with German companies is an essential part of the business, accordingly candidates with German language skills will be given preference.
• Knowledge across structured rates, FX and credit business across asias markets is required
• Familiarity and understanding of structured loans and derivatives documentation is required
• Understanding of regulations across various countries in Asia will be desirable
• Ability to work with sales teams and clients across corporates and financing institutions.
  
  

Associate:

• Minimum 4 years of working experience in an international bank across financing and derivatives transaction with focus on due diligence, credit analysis, pricing and documentation
• At least 2 years of experience across multiple asset classes like structured rates, FX and credit across Asian markets is required
• Engagement and connectivity with German companies is an essential part of the business, accordingly candidates with German language skills will be given preference.
• Understanding of regulations across various countries in Asia will be desirable
• Ability to work with sales teams and clients across corporates and financing institutions
• Strong networking / communication skills
