FX Workflows are a core part of Deutsche Banks growth strategy for FX Trading and the Corporate Bank. The WFS business consists of four main platforms that drive workflow solutions (i) FX4Cash; cross currency payments platform (ii) Autobahn; FX risk management (iii) Workflow Advisory; orchestration layer that links components together based on rules across FX, liquidity, payments and collections (iv) multibank platforms; 3rd party providers that provide an access point to DB liquidity. For clients our solutions deliver complexity reduction, removal of manual intervention, faster centralization of liquidity and removal of timing gaps between onshore and offshore execution.
As various points in the cross-border payment process digitize, DB uses its data orchestration platform to knit these separate events together into an automated workflow, solving pain points for clients, which leads to positive commercial outcomes for our clients.
We are seeking an individual with an inquisitive mind, who enjoys using technology to solve client problems. Through a consultative engagement you will work with clients to address workflow challenges to reduce risk, create opportunity or reduce operational costs using technology driven solutions. These solutions can range from a very complex individual client workflow to market wide issues which can address the same problem for many clients. The client universe for which we are providing solutions spans across traditional Corporations in industry to regional banks and international FinTech companies with a focus on Asia and Emerging Markets globally.
The role will require a creative, solution orientated mind-set along with multi-disciplinary product knowledge across cash management, FX risk management and liquidity management. The individual will be part of the team responsible for Workflow Solution Sales origination, client solutioning and sales conversion within Asia Pacific and alignment with coverage or other product teams on geographic/industry drive initiatives.

Your key responsibilities:
This a regional role and will require:
Workflow Solution Sales origination, client solutioning, sales conversion and monetization/ramp-up for New Economy (Fintech, Platforms and Digital Economy) clients in APAC.
Workflow lead on selected RfPs
Working with product teams to develop new features / workflow enhancements based on identified client feedback / demand
The role is part of a team that has an annual individual/team revenue target which will be agreed with management
This role will involve extensive collaboration across various teams, especially sales, coverage & operations in Corporate Banking
Involved in internal and external marketing campaigns to drive awareness and client adoption
Role is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office. Relevant vaccination requirement applies.
Your skills and experience:
6 years+ relevant experience in a FX, Cash Management product sales / management consulting / treasury change management transformation / technology transformation
Relevant experience in an APAC regional sales/ product role
Passion and good knowledge on digital economy infrastructure Collections and Acquiring, Payments, FX, Treasury Management Systems, Cryptocurrency, and relevant systems
Should have a solutioning mindset ability to spot inefficiencies and think out of the box to apply standard products in an innovative manner
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to influence and drive stakeholders, collaborate across multiple internal teams for a common objective.
Ability to manage and see through sales projects over a long period of time
Knowledge of cross border process/documentation for APAC is required
