Investment Banking Ecm & M&a Advisory Intern

Job Description
1. Assist the department in the execution of corporate finance transactions such as IPOs, M&A, and other financial advisory engagements.
2. Building complex financial models.
3. Preparing pitchbooks for ECM & M&A Advisory deals, as well as integrated equity and financing solutions.
4. Assist the department on the day-to-day management of investment banking projects and transactions.
5. Financial analysis and valuation to support multi-product transactions.
6. Responsible for coordinating the various project workstreams among internal and external stakeholders.
7. Support the department on new business development activities, including the preparation of marketing materials such as pitchbooks and client presentations among others.
8. Carry out and be involved in, inter alia, customer on-boarding, industry research, transaction documentation, preparing investor and management presentations.
Requirements:
1. Full-time 6 month internship starting in 2026 January.
2. Currently pursuing Bachelor or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or other related fields (second or third year students preferred).
3. Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint skills.
4. Strong analytical and communication skills, with attention to details.
5. Experience in similar positions or previous internships in banking is a plus.
