That\xe2\x80\x99s why we are committed to providing an environment with your development and wellbeing at its center.You can expect:Flexible benefits plan including virtual doctor consultation servicesComprehensive leave benefitsGender Neutral Parental LeaveFlexible working arrangements21/25 days of annual paid leave, plus public holiday & Flexible Working ArrangementYour key responsibilities:Origination and execution of investment banking transactions (including M&A and capital markets) within Infrastructure, Renewables & PowerGeographical sector remit for Asia, with focus on South East Asia regionParticipate in and drive marketing efforts, including preparation and delivery of presentationsBuild valuation models to support client discussions and conduct due diligenceDay-to-day handling of transaction execution and related client interactionTransaction documentation and internal approvals processesAttend client meetings independentlyYour skills and experience:At least four years of relevant corporate finance experience for Associate and seven years experience for Vice PresidentWorking history in at least one vertical within coverage remitHighly motivated and self-driven, with ability to multitask and manage transaction teamsStrong quantitative skills including extensive experience with financial models and valuation techniquesStrong communication skills, with ability to present to senior-level audiencesStrong interest in relevant sectors and energy transition - ability to identify and articular themes across the sector internally and to clientsProven track record of training and mentoring team membersRole is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office.
