Main Tasks and Duties

Arranging IPOs, RTOs, Privatisation, Fund-Raising and other corporate finance activities
Due diligence and review of corporate governance arrangements
Liaising with legal advisers and accountants in drafting and reviewing of Prospectus and other relevant documents
Reviewing document submission to SGX
Organising roadshows for placement and promotion of bank’s equity capital markets activities
Merger & Acquisition financial advisory work
Any other tasks or duties assigned by Head of Department or Company from time to time

Job Requirements

Recognised bachelor degree or above , preferably in Business or related discipline
Having IPO execution working/internship experience - where the bank acted as "Issue Manager" in the IPO.
Worked on mainboard listing instead of catalyst listing, Reverse Takeovers (RTO) not considered
Reits and/or Business Trust IPO execution working/internship experience where the bank acted as "Issue Manager".
M&A execution experience for both listed and unlisted clients will be advantageous
ECM distribution experience for both IPO and secondary fund raising will be advantageous
English & Business Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking clients and stakeholders
Relevant financial modelling skills for reits and/or business trust transactions
