Investment Data Analyst Portfolio Management

Job Description
We are partnered with a client in the real estate investments space, hiring for an analyst with past experience supporting the portfolio management strategies at a global level.
The role:
- Get involved in analysis of investments such as acquisition of real estate assets, including conducting of research on the market and competitors
- Source and evaluate investment opportunities, supporting on the end-to-end process of acquisitions including deal origination, evaluation and structuring
- Financial modelling and preparation of reports for management
- Develop and maintain data visualisation dashboards and databases
- Work with other teams in identifying gaps in data, analysing data trends and providing recommendations for business decision-making
- Minimum of 4 years\' relevant work experience in the financial modelling and investments analysis space
- Experience in the real estate industry or real estate markets strongly preferred
- Bachelor\'s degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics or Real Estate, or similar relevant field
- Proficiency in data technologies (Python, SQL, R and visualisation tools)
