Job Description
Hey there! We\'re an independent asset management group, and we\'ve got something big cooking. We\'re backed by a major financial player, and we\'ve got a whopping pile of assets under our watch. Our crew is a mix of seasoned pros, and we\'re all about teamwork and finding cool ways to invest.
You\'ll help us hunt down late-stage venture and early growth agri-food tech gems in Asia Pacific, and you\'ll be watching over our investments like a hawk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead sourcing, analysis and execution of co-investments, with a focus on the Asia Pacific region.
- Manage negotiation process - including term sheet negotiations, deal structuring, investment agreements.
- Drive active engagement with portfolio companies with a goal to create value for the portfolio.
- At least 10 years relevant work experience in private equity or venture capital investing
- Interest and passion for the technology and the start-up ecosystem
- Ability to work independently as part of a small team, and to manage multiple tasks and assignments.
