Our client is a leading Developer and Investor in APAC region with more of a focus on Industrial/ Logistics and Data Centres. They are looking to hire an Investment/ Fund Manager for their team in Singapore.Position Summary

• Responsible for supporting the existing fund activities within the Fund Management SEA team. A key part of the role is to assist the Funds management and Finance areas of the business in decision making, via analysis to maximise the performance of its managed funds/ventures while minimising risk to managed funds.

Key Accountabilities - including but not limited to:

• Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities, manage deal origination and divestment considerations
• Lead and perform all aspects of transaction due diligence, transaction management and closing process
• Be adept in developing financial analysis, financial modelling, valuation, IRR analysis to assess and support investment decisions; Be accountable for accuracy of financial models
• Conduct research, review and evaluate real estate sectors market trends; Monitor and compile industry, market and asset level data and financial information; Formulate and recommend investment strategies
• Prepare investment teasers, investment papers and all presentation material for investment committee and investor paper approvals
• Perform day-to-day operations of venture(s) and documentation of the overall business, investment and operational strategies, as well as investment strategies for investments and divestments
• Assist with business development, divestments, capital raising and other investment activities
• Be responsible for investor communication including queries
• Prepare and review regular investor reports
• Develop the investment, asset management and leasing strategies including the initial and subsequent preparation of asset plans and budgets
• Monitor asset financial, operational and portfolio performance, loan covenants; Perform asset analytics, review variances, recommend initiatives and measures
• Instruct, liaise with and coordinate on the regular external valuations
• Review and supervise work by junior team members
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by Management

Position Requirements / Competencies
Essential

• Degree Qualified preferably
• Minimum of 6 years\' experience
• Advanced financial modelling for investments.

Preference

• Qualified finance/ accountancy qualification
• Exposure to Direct Real Estate preferred
• Experience in fund management position

Other Skills

• Well-developed numeric and financial analysis skills.
• Self-starter with demonstrated ability to use initiative, work without supervision and assume full responsibility for completion of tasks.
• Proactive and willing to find ways to improve processes and procedures
• Highly flexible and able to adapt in a changing and demanding environment.
• Good communication, time management to be able to meet tight deadlines.
