Investment Management Analyst, Real Estate
Job Description
I am partnering with my client to hire Investment Management Analysts for their team.
Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Investment Manager, you will be responsible for supporting and driving the implementation and management of investment projects. Responsibilities include conducting investment\'s business case assessments, supporting project development activities, preparation of investment memorandums and financial models, supporting due diligence, and liaising with co-sponsors, project stakeholders, and external stakeholders.
Requirements
You have 2-3 years of experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing real estate portfolios. Candidates from Big 4 deal advisory with infrastructure projects experience, or from infrastructure advisory with modelling capabilities, are welcome to apply. To succeed in this role, strong communications skills, advanced financial modelling capabilities, and the ability to self-motivate are essential.
