As an Investment Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and executing investment opportunities that align with our company's strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and source potential investment opportunities in Singapore and regional markets
- Conduct thorough financial analysis, risk assessment, and due diligence on potential investments
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, joint venture partners, and brokers
- Collaborate with our development team to identify potential investment opportunities and develop project proposals
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to inform investment decisions
- Manage and monitor existing investment portfolios, identifying opportunities to optimize returns and mitigate risks
- Develop and maintain financial models and reports to track investment performance
- Present investment opportunities and portfolio performance to senior management and stakeholders
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate investment, private equity, or a related field
- Proven track record of successful investment deals and portfolio management
- Strong financial analysis and modeling skills, with experience using financial software and tools
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Strong market knowledge and understanding of regulatory frameworks in Singapore and regional markets
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
