Job Description
An excellent opportunity to join a thriving Data Centre Developer/operator with significant portfolio across APAC. This is a newly created role within a dynamic Investment team looking at acquisitions in the region. Data Centre or Real Estate end-to-end deal structuring required.Key Highlights:Leading and independently managing deal evaluations and executions, preparing financial models, conducting due diligence, and collaborating with various stakeholders. The expectations include having 5-7 years of relevant experience in corporate finance or private equity, with a strong preference for investment banking or real estate experience, particularly in industrial or data centre investments.
