Investment Manager

to join their team and play a key role in driving strategic growth through targeted acquisitions and asset enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and source investment opportunities in the living sector and related real estate assets. Conduct feasibility studies, market research, and financial modelling to evaluate potential investments. Lead and coordinate due diligence processes across legal, financial, and technical aspects. Support deal structuring, negotiation, and execution, including preparation of investment proposals and board papers. Conduct post-acquisition performance reviews and identify asset enhancement opportunities. Monitor industry trends, economic shifts, and competitor activities to guide investment strategies.

Key Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in

Finance, Real Estate, or related field

. Minimum 5 years' experience in

real estate investment,

business development, or investment advisory. Strong exposure to the

real estate industry

, ideally in the living sector or similar asset classes.

Proven ability in financial modelling

, investment evaluation, and transaction management. Experience in both greenfield and brownfield projects is an advantage. Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to work across multi-disciplinary teams. Strong communication and presentation skills, with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
