Job Title: Investment Operations Specialist

Our Client is a Japanese Fund Management Organization who was voted and held on to their title of Most Consistent Asia-based Fund and Credence Global with Best Asia-based CTA/Managed Futures Fund xe2x80x93 both for the third consecutive year since 2016:
- Responsible to Private Equity daily operations- Review term sheets, contracts, and legal agreements (LPA, Subscription Agreements, Side Letters) - primarily in Japanese.- Liaise with fund administrators, legal teams, and counterparties to ensure compliance and proper documentation.- Manage capital calls, distributions, and waterfall calculations for PE investments.- Monitor portfolio company performance and prepare investor reports.- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to Japanese PE investments.- Support the Hedge fund and long-only operations.- Assist in NAV calculations, trade reconciliations, and fund reporting.- Work with fund administrators, custodians, and brokers to ensure smooth trade settlements.- Provide operational support for Japan-listed equity trades.Job Requirements:
- Fluent in Japanese (reading, writing, and speaking) - this is essential for contract review and liaising with Japan-based stakeholders.- At least possesses 3+ years of experience in private equity fund operations or a buy-side role.- Strong understanding of PE term sheets, fund structures, capital activity, and compliance.- Experience in hedge fund or long-only operations is a plus.- Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.- Proficiency in Excel- Experience with fund accounting/reporting systems is advantageous.Compensation:
