We value trust, teamwork, and adaptability.What You Will DoResearch new investment ideas, building investment themes or modelsStay updated on developments across capital markets to help in idea generation across strategies and themes for Arta\'s Micro IndexesMonitor existing investments, including providing regular updates to the team, highlighting key matters to the Investment Committee and re-evaluating our original investment thesis and making timely recommendationsPerform quantitative and qualitative analyses on our investment strategies and leading discussions on portfolio innovations including portfolio construction, trade structuring and risk managementLead the creation of financial education/investment content and other marketing materials that gets shared with our membersProvide commentary and investment insights that articulates Arta\'s perspectives on investment themes, strategies and allocations decisions.Who You AreAt least 5-7 years of asset allocation/portfolio management/research experienceStrong expertise in Equities (particularly the US markets) demonstrated by a well-defined and consistent investment process, with demonstrated success in investment performance.Outstanding technical proficiency with a clear understanding of investment strategies and their implicationsStrong operational understanding and familiarity with tactical trading or risk mitigation overlaysGood practical knowledge of using GenAI and LLMs in content generation would be preferredExcellent interpersonal and engagement skills.
