Investor Relations Manager - Private Equity / Venture Capital

About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned Investor Relations Manager with 7-10 years of experience to lead and strengthen our investor engagement and fundraising efforts within our Private Equity / Venture Capital platform.


This is a senior, high-impact position working closely with Partners and the Investment Team to manage Limited Partner (LP) relationships, drive fundraising initiatives, and oversee all aspects of investor communication, reporting, and strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Lead investor relations across existing LPs and prospective investors globally Drive fundraising and capital formation activities, including preparation of fund marketing materials, data rooms, and due diligence responses Manage and refine investor communication channels -- quarterly reports, performance updates, newsletters, and annual meetings Partner with finance and investment teams to ensure transparency, consistency, and accuracy of investor data and fund performance reporting Support strategic initiatives, including new fund launches, co-investment opportunities, and market positioning Monitor industry trends, peer fundraising activity, and investor sentiment to inform strategy

Key Requirements

7-10 years' experience in Investor Relations, Fundraising, or Client Services within Private Equity, Venture Capital, or Asset Management Deep understanding of LP/GP dynamics, fund structures, and capital raising processes Proven success managing institutional and HNWI investor relationships Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills Highly organized with strong analytical and commercial acumen Confident, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
