Investor Services Administrator

The successful candidate will be responsible, along with
others, for the operations of an investor-relations team
for a number of Asia-based hedge fund and private
equity clients. Core Responsibilities
– Responsibility, along with others, for the smooth
operation of the investor-relations function for hedge
fund and private equity clients – Ensuring procedures and controls are followed
to enable accurate investor transaction reporting
and communication – Inputting and reviewing investor trades, reports
and communication – Ensuring operational best practices in accordance
with ISAE 3402 and SOC 1 – Reviewing investor due diligence, AML and KYC
documentation as part of both on-boarding and
periodic reviews – Reviewing and classifying CRS, FATCA and
tax documentation – Working with management on improvements to system
controls and reporting developments – Ensuring accurate recording and processing of
redemption requests – Undertaking specific projects as may be assigned from
time to time – Any other tasks assigned by the directors Qualifications
– Tertiary or higher Skills and Experience
– Work experience with a fund administrator, trust company
or corporate service provider Compensation
