OverviewElement has an opportunity for an Invoicing Executive to join our growing team in Singapore. This is a great opportunity to develop your Accounting / Finance career within a Global Testing, Inspection & Certification business.In this role, you will be responsible for resolving client queries and liaising with the Client for Purchase orders and invoice arrangements.This role in based at Jalan Boon Lay, Singapore.Responsibilities

• Ensure all invoices / billing are generated and issued in accordance with clients arrangements on a timely basis.
• Resolve client queries and liaise with the Client for Purchase orders and invoice arrangements
• Responsible for any invoicing queries and liaise with internal teams where applicable
• Provide regular reporting of invoices
• Support auditing requirements along with the general administration duties

Skills / Qualifications

• Educated to graduate level or equivalent and experienced in a reporting / finance role including raising invoices
• Ability to communicate on all levels and able to operate under pressure and work to meet deadlines
• Exceptional attention to detail, including accurate data entry skills
• The ability to work as part of a team and on an individual basis
• Good ERP system skills and adequate knowledge of MS Office including Excel
