Job Summary

We're hiring a Mobile Engineer to build and optimize our mobile app experience with a strong focus on performance, reliability, and high-quality UX. We welcome candidates with

native iOS and/or Android experience

--Flutter experience is a plus, but

not required

. If you've shipped mobile apps, understand platform fundamentals, and enjoy solving performance and stability problems, we'd like to talk.

What You'll Do

Build, test, and maintain mobile features for iOS and/or Android (native preferred) Collaborate with product and backend teams on requirements, API integration, and data flows Drive performance and stability improvements (startup time, memory, rendering smoothness, crash reduction) Implement UI/UX with attention to detail and consistency across devices Troubleshoot production issues using logs, profiling tools, and debugging workflows Write clean, maintainable code; participate in code reviews and documentation Explore cross-platform approaches (Flutter) where it makes sense, and help evaluate technical tradeoffs
What We're Looking For (Must Have)

2-5 years of professional mobile development experience Strong experience in

native iOS (Swift/Objective-C)

and/or

native Android (Kotlin/Java)

Shipped at least one mobile app or major feature to production (App Store / Google Play or enterprise rollout) Solid understanding of mobile fundamentals: networking, local storage, threading/concurrency, app lifecycle Comfortable integrating RESTful APIs and handling common mobile persistence (SQLite, Room/CoreData, etc.) Proficiency with Git and modern collaboration workflows Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work cross-functionally

Proficiency in both English and Chinese

Nice to Have

Flutter/Dart experience (not required) Cross-platform architecture experience (Flutter + native modules, hybrid approaches) Performance profiling & memory leak analysis (Instruments, Android Studio Profiler, etc.) Automated testing (unit/UI/integration) and CI/CD exposure React / frontend experience is a plus Open-source contributions or personal projects
