Job Description
:Job Responsibilities:1. Installation and Configuration:
- Install, set up, and configure IoT devices and sensors in various cleaning equipment and facilities.
- Ensure proper connectivity and data transmission between IoT devices and central monitoring systems.
- Continuously monitor the performance of IoT devices, identifying and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Conduct routine maintenance and firmware updates to ensure optimal functionality.
- Achieve high IoT uptime percentage, minimising downtime for maintenance and repairs
- Minimise response time to ensure prompt resolution and quick return to normal operations.
- Collect and analyze data generated by IoT devices to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve cleaning processes and efficiency.
- Collaborate with software developers and engineers to integrate IoT data into cleaning management software
- Working on Ad hoc projects and other IoT related matters
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IoT, electronics, network admin or related field.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in IT systems and networking.
- A customer service orientation and problem-solving mindset.
- Location: West (Bukit Batok)
- Working Hours: 5 Days Work Week (Mon Fri)
- Must possess driving license Class 3
