What the role is:The role of the intern will be within the Institute of Public Administration and Management (IPAM). We are seeking an intern to support our content creation initiatives for the Regulatory, Compliance and Enforcement (RCE) domain. Some examples of RCE activities include the regulation and enforcement of littering, parking, food safety and licensing etc. This project aims to enhance awareness within the public RCE community about various agencies' work and good practices. The role involves conducting landscape scan, assisting with the production of a podcast series, and managing a microsite for content publication.What you will be working on:1. Conduct landscape scan in the RCE domain and compile notes/ resources 2. Assist in scoping topics and developing questions for the podcast series 3. Liaise with guest speakers from various agencies 4. Support podcast recording and editing processes 5. Manage and update the microsite hosting podcasts and resources 6. Design newsletters to promote the microsite to the RCE community This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in content creation and stakeholder engagement within a government context.What we are looking for:oExcellent written and verbal communication skills oAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment oInterest in the RCE domain oPodcast production skills (advantageous) oFamiliarity with website management and newsletter design (advantageous) We are looking for a motivated individual who can contribute to our team's efforts in expanding knowledge and awareness within the RCE community.About Civil Service College:The Civil Service College (CSC) is a statutory board under the Public Service Division, Prime Minister's Office.
